Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)

This policy applies to all digital products sold by Understand Them.
General Rule
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are considered final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not available.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The file is corrupt, unusable, or cannot be delivered correctly, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- The wrong product was supplied and cannot be corrected.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and include proof of purchase. Requests should be sent to [email protected].
This policy is compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
